Character job titles

Winter: Winter would most likely be the Chief of Russian External Operations in the Central Asia Division (CE Division). The Chief of Russian External Operations is responsible for all operations targeting Russians anywhere in the world outside Russia. There is also a Chief of Russian Internal Operations that is responsible for operations against Russians within Russia. It would also be possible that Winter is the Chief of the Central Eurasia Division. At early 40 he would be a little young but the Agency has become a young agency so it isn’t out of the realm of possibility. He would be based at Langley.

Chasen: As Winter’s boss she could be the Chief of the Central Eurasia Division but would more likely the person above the Division Chief’s. That person is the Deputy Director of Central Intelligence (DDCI). The Person above that is the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI). She would be based at Langley.

Ericka Salt: Working under winter she would simply be an Operations Officer.
